Special products range from chemical substances to food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and more. Transporting them by train constitutes a special aspect of the rail freight industry. Compared to conventional cargo, these products are subject to different control procedures, but they also require special transport conditions. How does this part of rail freight work? What are the special needs when transporting these products? Why should shippers choose rail for their transport? These are some of the questions discussed in today’s Railfreight Live.

To provide some answers and insights today, we have two online guests with us: Zhao Dayang, Chairman and CEO at Factoryhood.com, and Alex Dmitriev from REFAGRO. They will discuss the transportation of chemicals and food and cosmetic products respectively, and provide their point of view on the hurdles and opportunities of this transport type.

The stream is already planned. If you subscribe to our channel now, you will be notified when we go on air.
