RailFreight Live in a new jacket, watch the kick off

RailFreight Fridays

The weekly show of RailFreight.com, RailFreight Live, has got a revamp. Starting today, the show will be shorter, more dynamic and more interactive. The first edition was already aired today and can be seen on the YouTube Channel of RailFreight.com.

The team is still going to make video reports and do interviews, but these will be posted on our YouTube Channel directly, rather than being part of the broadcast. On Fridays, the editors will go live to wrap up the week, discuss the most important news and zoom in interaction with the readers on social media posts.

“We promise to do this in ten minutes”, said Nikos Papatolios, one of the editors. The ten minute element was brought in because we realised that watching a 30-minute show on YouTube every Friday does not easily fit in the working schedule of people. Therefore, we want to bring content in smaller parts that are nicer to watch.

The video content that is being made throughout the week will appear on the website of RailFreight.com and be included in the daily newsletter, so new YouTube content will not go unnoticed. “You can also subscribe to our YouTube channel to keep up with the latest videos”, Nikos pointed out.
